The world's largest single-scale titanium dioxide production base-China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide Asia Titanium Industry Production Base signed a contract to settle in Baiyin. The planned total investment is about 6 billion yuan, and a 500,000 tons of clean production process resource comprehensive utilization project will be completed in batches.
On the morning of August 19, the world's largest single-scale titanium dioxide production base-China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide Asia Titanium Industry Production Base signed a contract to settle in Baiyin. The planned total investment is about 6 billion RMB, and a 500,000 tons of clean production process resource comprehensive utilization project will be completed in batches.
In order to integrate into the “Belt and Road” construction, China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide plans to create “three projects over 100” (that is, sales revenue exceeds 10 billion, net assets exceed 10 billion, and annual titanium dioxide production capacity exceeds 1 million tons). In order to achieve the above goals, the company plans to build a comprehensive utilization project of 500,000 tons of clean production process resources in Yindong Industrial Park, Baiyin High-tech Zone, using a phased construction model, with an estimated total investment of 6 billion RMB.
The first phase of 100,000 tons of assets will be about 2 billion RMB after the completion of production; the second phase of the 400,000 tons of titanium dioxide crude product project is scheduled to start in September 2020, with a planned investment of 3 billion RMB; the third phase of 200,000 tons of titanium dioxide The finished product project is planned to invest 1 billion RMB.
China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide has now formed three major production bases.
Anhui Jinxing Titanium Dioxide Group Co., Ltd. is the production headquarters, with an annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of crude products and an annual production capacity of 400,000 tons of finished products. Hecheng Titanium has an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons of crude products. The silver production base, Gansu Dongfang Titanium Industry's 100,000-ton project has achieved production standards.
After the completion of the 500,000 tons of silver clean production process comprehensive utilization project, it will become the world’s largest single-scale titanium dioxide production base.
China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide Group will also form an annual production capacity of more than 1 million tons, becoming the world's largest high-end manufacturing technology enterprise in the titanium industry.
